Life in Cyprus!
Cyprus is a Mediterranean island with stunning nature, white sand beaches, and crystal-clear water. The island features Blue Flag-certified beaches, and during summer, the sea temperature averages 27°C. Cyprus is a paradise for water sports like jet skiing, snorkeling, windsurfing, and waterskiing. Want to try wreck diving? You might even spot sea turtles and seals!
Beyond the beaches, Cyprus has impressive mountain ranges ideal for hiking, jeep safaris, and exploring national parks – and even skiing in winter. The island is rich in history and culture with Greek and Turkish influences – reflected in the food, historical sites, and local traditions.

About the role
In this position, you will work as a customer service advisor for an international GAMING company, targeting the Norwegian market. Your job will be to assist customers via phone and email. You'll answer questions about gaming consoles, subscriptions, simple technical issues, and payments. The most important task is to give the customer a great experience and leave them with a positive impression. This role involves no sales.
- Customer service opening hours: Monday–Friday, 10:45–19:30 (local Cyprus time)
Your shifts will include both daytime and evening hours
• The position begins with paid training, where you will learn both the technical aspects and how to deliver excellent customer service
Your daily tasks include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
• Providing high-quality customer service
• Managing and resolving customer inquiries
• Working toward daily KPIs related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality
