For our location in Berlin we are currently looking for DUTCH-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) in inbound for various well-known companies.

These are your tasks with us: 

  • You will answer incoming calls from our Dutch customers and respond to emails and chat messages 
  • You accompany individual customers on their entire customer journey 
  • You contribute to optimizing products, offers and processes - your daily experiences flow directly into this. 

 

What you bring to the table: 

  • You are a native DUTCH-speaker and have a very good command of English 
  • Using a PC does not cause you any difficulties 
  • You like to talk on the phone and manage to convey your smile through the phone 
  • You have a good customer service philosophy 
  • You like to be part of a team and show full commitment in your job 
  • You live in Germany and have a valid residence permit at the time of hiring 

 

You pack your boxes and we pack... your moving package! 

  • In the first months we will pay you an arrival bonus of 500,00€ to support the start in your new home town. 
  • We know that moving homes is quite expensive. Therefore we will pay you 730,00€ toward relocation expenses. If you move with a company and you can give us the invoice we can pay up to 1.500€.  
  • We have a lot of experience with the administrative issues you need to handle, when moving to Germany. Our colleagues will give you support and all information you need concerning bank accounts, registration office and health insurance
