The WAH (WorkAtHome) Solutions CNE department, which is responsible for the implementation, administration and support of our online training systems and training facilitation tools is aiming o expand the team.

Your responsibilities:

• Administration/Support of Trainers, Training Management, Training participants and OPS in our SYKES internal (LEARN) as well as any external LMS (Learning Management System), in the Administration Tool as well as in our web-based Gamification Tool and Adobe Connect (after qualified training)
• Launch and support of LEARN 2.0 in Central & Northern Europe and Cyprus
• Transformation of existing LEARN 1.0 courses into LEARN 2.0
• Delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions for LEARN 2.0, Adobe Connect & Zoom Hosts
• Development and distribution of Agent and HRD training progress and training development reports
• Upgrade of GDPR processes related to LEARN, Adobe Connect & Zoom usage
• Integration of new training programs for NE & Cyprus into LEARN as well as into our web-based Gamification Tool
• Implementation of new training tools like “Enate” / “iTrain”
• Cooperation with all training departments as well as other SYKES internal departments in Northern Europe and Cyprus
• Content maintenance and administration of the HRD Homepage CNE

Requirements:

• Study/training in the field of media technology or equivalent
• Great affinity and experience in digital content design
• Good analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. Greek and any other Scandinavian language is a plus
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Additional knowledge of Power BI or any programing language is a plus
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Connect
• Additional knowledge in video and sound editing is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Self-organized
• Team player
