You take on these tasks:
- Independent analysis of HR and Talent Acquisition reports and derivation of measures to improve performance and quality KPIs
- Preparation of regular and meaningful analysis and presentations for senior management
- Use of MS Office products as well as modern Power BI tools for report automation and data analysis
- Creating dashboards and effective reports that are scalable, comprehensive and easy to understand
- Ensure consistent and congruent data across existing disparate data tools and reports
What you should bring with you:
- University degree with focus on economics or business informatics or 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable function
- Distinctive business and analytical thinking and acting
- Experience in the analysis of data and calculations as well as in the derivation of measures
- Advanced experience with MS Office products and very good knowledge of relevant BI tools for data visualization (especially MS Power BI)
- Good knowledge of human capital metrics
- Readiness for action as well as self-dependent and goal-oriented way of working
- Confident and communicative appearance
Good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken
