You are the voice of our clients - this includes major brands such as PlayStation, Zalando or Klarna. Which project you work for depends on our needs and your skills, of course, but since we provide both commercial and technical support, there is certainly a vacancy that suits your talents.

What you bring:

You will receive comprehensive on-site training from us, which will prepare you for your day-to-day work. Nevertheless, you should bring these basics with you:

  • Native spoken and written German language skills
  • Willingness to communicate
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experienced handling of MS Excel
  • Work permit for Cyprus
