Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We provide customer support services for many different clients and if that doesn’t sound exciting to you, we can assure you it is! We operate between Mon- Sun 9am and 5pm, and that gives you the opportunity to be flexible with your shifts. We offer a good benefit package as below:

Well…you need to effectively use your excellent customer service skills to provide friendly and knowledgeable product information to our end users, assist them with installation and user-related enquiries via phone and email and advise them on procedures to give the best resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES AND END RESULTS:

  1. To respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.
  2. To develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services.
  3. To be able to recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.
  4. To deal with all correspondence as requested/required.
  5. Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure.
  6. Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration.
  7. To consult product manuals, to be able to advise customer of appropriate options / solutions.
  8. To meet minimum monitoring criteria
  9. To meet and exceed daily/weekly targets

Pre-recruitment experience, knowledge and skills required are:

  1. Being fluent in English and Dutch.
  2. Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service.
  3. Good organisational skills.
  4. A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard.
  5. A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations.
  7. Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.
  8. ECDL qualification an advantageWe put the customer at the heart of everything we do and you will be trained to resolve calls by taking ownership of the request/problem and providing first touch resolution whenever possible.
