We are currently looking for DUTCH (NL/BE) speaking customer support representatives (m/f/d) who work from home.


  • Fulltime employees receive:
  • Fixed salary of €1630 / month
  • Fixed bonus for working in DUTCH of €200 / month (300€ / month after 6 month)
  • performance bonus of up to €300 / month
  • Various options for contracts – 20 to 40 hours a week
  • You will take part in a professional, paid training prior to starting your work

What you will do at SYKES:

  • You will answer customer requests by phone and offer support via chat
  • You will help customers with settling their accounts, payment in instalments, returns, and other payment related requests
  • You keep our customer database updated


  • Fluency in Dutch (NL/BE) and good English conversational skills
  • PC literacy
  • Previous customer service experience preferable
  • Ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
  • You are empathetic and socially competent


  • A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
  • An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
  • Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network Address Translation), provide a firewall component and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
  • A separate, quiet and background noise-free room
  • Comfortable and ergonomic furniture
