SYKES is keeping up with the virtual progress, which means that we implement the complete hiring process via video conference!

We are currently looking for HEBREW speaking customer support representatives (m/f/d) who work from home or at our site in Berlin.

 

WE OFFER:

  1. Fixed salary of €1630 / month
  2. Fixed bonus for working in Hebrew of €100 per Month
  3. performance bonus of up to €300 / month
  • Various options for contracts – 20 to 40 hours a week

What you will do at SYKES:

  • You will answer customer requests by phone and offer support via chat
  • You will help customers with settling their accounts, payment in instalments, returns, and other payment related requests
  • You keep our customer database updated

 

YOU OFFER:

  • Fluency in HEBREW and good English conversational skills
  • PC literacy
  • Previous customer service experience preferable
  • Ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
  • You are empathetic and socially competent

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR WORKPLACE – if you choose to work from home:

  • A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
  • An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
  • Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network Address Translation), provide a firewall component and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
  • A separate, quiet and background noise-free room
  • Comfortable and ergonomic furniture
