Description

We are looking for a NORWEGIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join our Budapest team who will provide a professional front and back office service function for our client’s project in line with the contractual agreements and working in compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving requests from Business Partners and subcontractors in the supported language
  • Providing back office administrative services
  • Ensuring the invoice processing
  • Receiving, categorizing and registrating work orders (master data)
  • Recognizing problems
  • Assist Business with inquiries on any issues relating to customer invoices
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Qualifying, prioritizing cases
  • Arranging necessary steps with subcontractors, liaising with local country offices, coordinators, technical teams
  • Coordinating progress, interacting with customers

 

Desired skills:

  • Fluent NORWEGIAN language knowledge
  • Loves helping customers, communicates clearly and has excellent problem solving skills
  • Has a strong customer service focus
  • If you have some experience in customer service that’s an advantage, but we will provide you with a professional training
  • Pays close attention to the details
  • Enjoys learning new things and develops – adopts changes easily and be flexible
  • Confident user of MS Office package
