We are looking for customer support representatives (m/f/d) in the inbound sector for our client PlayStation, who work in the home office.

What you do here:
- Answering calls from our customers and advising them on PlayStation issues
- You access our customer database and update all the necessary information with every phone call
- You forward concerns that need to be dealt with by other departments or superiors
- You'll gain an extensive knowledge of PlayStation products so you can help customers with a wide range of issues
What you need to bring with you:
- You are fluent in German (spoken and witten) and have advanced knowledge of English (the training will be in English!)
- The use of a PC does not cause you any difficulties
- Interest in gaming is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- You like to make calls and manage to convey your smile through the headset
- You have the talent to show empathy and win over customers, even if it is sometimes difficult
- Your job is important to you, so you have to be fully committed
What you need to work in home office:
- A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable)
- An Internet speed of at least 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream.
- Your computer must be directly connected to the Internet via a router. It must support NAT (Network Address Translation), have a firewall component and be connected exclusively with IPv4 in your home network.
- A lockable separate room where you can work undisturbed
