About you

You're a person with an ability to lead and motivate people and you find it rewarding to see your team members grow and develop. You’re structured and accurate, but also effective and tolerant to stress. Working in an environment where new things constantly happen motivates you. You can both speak and write English fluently. Earlier experience within the call center business is a merit.

Your tasks

As an Account Manager, you’re managing customer service operations for one of our clients. It is an operational position where you’re managing and coaching teamleaders. You’re working with set goals, both performance and financial, as well as customer and employee satisfaction. You have the overall responsibility for the business; analyzing numbers, statistics and the results. A part of your responsibility is interacting with the client and handling negotiations. You will be reporting to Operations Director, Ed.
