Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary. A proactive attitude and the desire to make a living out of helping people are the main skills required in order to have success in this position. On a daily basis, you will work closely with our client to provide professional and efficient support to their final customers, over the phone or by email.

SYKES Egypt is located in the heart of Maadi, in Maadi Techonogy Park. This is a great place to commute from and to anywhere in Cairo, since there are plenty of public transportation options.
