We understand that you most likely need to relocate upon employment, and we want you to feel secure in that process. Therefore, we will help you getting settled in Cyprus with for example: migration, local administration and finding a place to stay. The team you will work with consists of 17 great colleagues, originating from Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. They have a good team spirit, regularly make exciting plans and hang out with each other.
About the position
You will be hired as a customer service representative. In this position you will handle incoming questions by phone and mail regarding Sony PlayStation. For example, you will answer questions about PlayStations hardware, games, campaigns, and purchases. Your goal is to provide the customer with solutions to their problem, guide them in a professional manor, and most importantly give them a great customer experience.
In this position you will:
- Answer customers via phone and mail
- Provide information and answering queries about the products
- Provide top level service
- Handle after call administration

Qualifications:
For this position we are looking for you who wants to work with SONY PlayStation abroad. You have a high school degree and is a native Nordic speaker and writer, you also have an English conversational capability.
Preferred but not mandatory qualifications:
- Prior experience and user knowledge of Sony PlayStation
- Previous experience from a customer service position, e.g. waiter at restaurant
- High general technical knowledge
- Previous experience of call center business
