Job Description :

  • As a SYKES Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the client.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess the customer's needs.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution ,Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

 

Job Requirements :
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Fresh Graduates only can apply.
  • Document customer interactions effectively.
  • Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to the customer and answering questions).
  • Ability to type fast on a keyboard.

Work Conditions :
