Job Description :
As a SYKES Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the client.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Identify and assess the customer's needs.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution ,Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Requirements :
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in
English

Fresh
Graduates only can apply.
Document customer interactions effectively.
Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to the customer and answering questions).
Ability to type fast on a keyboard.
Work Conditions :
