Reporting to the HR Manager; we are looking for a dynamic & experienced HRBP to provide Human Resources generalist support to Sykes Egypt; to establish and implement HR strategies and foster organisation & people development; to serve as a liaison between the business and HR to assess human resources needs in areas such as performance management, compensation, career development and management development, and competency development & review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
The HRBP will be working collaboratively with the senior management to ensure consistent high standards of service and commitment to quality are met.
Self-managed & self motivated; the HRBP will be the coach/consultant to managers and legalisation gate keeper; in addition to resposibility to ensure consistency of appling policies and proceedures.
