RUSSIAN and HUNGARIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Customer Service Technicians provide a professional back and front office service function for our client’s project in line with the contractual agreements.
Tasks:
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails
- Providing support
- Giving guidance and solving problems
- Communicate effectively with the customers
- Preparing reports and being responsible for administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian AND Hungarian
- Conversational English language knowledge
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in administration
- Good organizational skills
