Description
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support across digital channels while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.︀︊︈︇︋︊︂︌​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

What are we looking for:
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools;
  • Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with live chat, email support, or social media channels;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk);
  • Experience in e-commerce or technical support environments.

 

Your responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels;
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies;
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and offer clear, effective solutions;
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures;
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems;
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets;
  • Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication style.
