We are looking for:
  • Excellent communication skills in French;
  •  
  • Good communication skills in English for training purposes;
  •  
  • Previous customer services experience preferred;
  •  
  • Good organizational skills;
  •  
  • PC Literate;
  •  
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines;
  •  
  • Ability to multi-task whilst speaking with Customer;
  •  
  • Previous experience in customer service or IT is considered a plus.

 

Your responsibilities:
  • Assist consumers, partners, and professionals with pre-sales, order management, financial issues and technical issues through email, chat and phone support;
  •  
  • Handle both simple and complex troubleshooting issues via the telephone and email, addressing both hardware and software related issues;
  •  
  • Multitasking through multiple systems while troubleshooting with Hotel Partners representatives;
  •  
  • Effectively communicate technical information with Hotel Partners representatives;
  •  
  • Diagnose and provide a path to resolving technical issues;
  •  
  • Report and escalate new Hotel Partners issues;
  •  
  • Follow approved Expedia workflows in responding to Hotel Partners inquires;
  •  
  • Ensure excellent Hotel Partners satisfaction;
  •  
  • Work counterparts from Expedia office to resolve or properly close tickets;
  •  
  • Manage an individual ticket queue;
  •  
  • Responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback;
  •  
  • Achieve call center metrics including average Partner Satisfaction, Average Handling Time, Procedural Compliance, and schedule adherence and conformance.
