We are looking for Romanian & English speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support across digital channels while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.︀︊︈︇︋︊︂︌︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
What are we looking for:
- Fluent Romanian (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher;
- Advanced English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools;
- Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Nice to have:
- Experience with live chat, email support, or social media channels;
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk);
- Experience in e-commerce or technical support environments.
