We are looking for a Swedish speaking Junior Recruiter for our Center in Larnaca
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct interviews with candidates
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Administrative work regarding recruitment
- Find and organize accommodation for new hires from abroad
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies and regulations
- Support the onboarding process of the new hires
- Analyze and improve recruitment channels and techniques
Necessary Requirements
- Multilingual skills: English & Swedish are required. Any additional Nordic language, German or Dutch will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in similar position will be a plus
- PC knowledge (excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills)
- Good interpersonal communication skills, responsiveness, and eagerness for development
