This is an office-based role, where you would support consumers for a global consumer goods brand. Besides the support language(s), English is required, as training and internal tools are in English.

What the role looks like
You would support consumers mainly through written channels, with a smaller share of phone interactions:
The role involves answering consumer questions, handling requests or complaints in a calm and professional way, and documenting interactions using clear internal processes. You’ll work closely with the team whenever a case needs extra input.
