Technical Support Specialist to join our international team!
WHAT?
In the role of Technical Support Specialist, you will answer calls and handle incoming email and chat inquiries. Alongside technical support, an essential part of your work is providing high-quality customer service. We help customers, both corporate and consumer customers, with their device and usage questions, problems and also assess, offer and provide additional paid services. This is product support for a well-known international device manufacturer and the contacts concern devices, operating systems, device deployment and settings, functions and warranty issues. We provide comprehensive orientation to the role and the team always has support available!
In addition, we provide training throughout the employment and we also have the opportunity to advance and apply for other positions within the company.
WHO?
Success in this role requires a positive attitude, genuine customer service spirit and friendliness, diligence and a hardworking approach, but you are also a relaxed, humorous and flexible colleague. It is important that you have excellent interaction and communication skills, and are able to solve problems independently and quickly. You are not afraid of occasional rushing and know how to accept feedback.
You would prefer to have a suitable education for the job (e.g. computer science or university degree) and already have work experience in the field. IT hobby is a plus. We hope that you have the desire and enthusiasm to learn new things and develop.
We require fluent Norwegian language skills (oral and written at the native level or almost native) and good English language skills.
WHERE AND WHEN?
This is a continuous employment and working hours are between 8:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. Changes to opening hours are possible due to changes in the opening hours of the client company's service. The average number of work hours per week is 37.5. There is a training and orientation period at the beginning of the employment. The training and orientation period are regular, paid working hours. The job has a fixed monthly salary of approx. 2300,00 EUR / month as per to the collective agreement for salaried employees in the ICT sector. We offer a comprehensive relocation package to those moving to Finland for this employment. We will provide more about the package during the interview. At the beginning of the employment, the workplace is our cozy office in Kupittaa , Turku. The possibility of hybrid work within Finland can be considered after probationary period.
