Description

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • University Degree/ Diploma in related field OR 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Certificate of Health and Safety (Πιστοποιητικό Λειτουργού Ασφάλειας και Υγείας - TUV) will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in an international and high-pressure environment
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  • Promote and monitor Employee Engagement
  • Handle Employee complaints and grievances
  • Promote positive culture in the workplace
  • Advise leadership on best practices for maintaining positive employee relations

 

H&S

  • Prepare the Written Risk Assessment
  • Implement the Risk Management System
  • Participate in the activities of the Safety Committee
  • Conduct inspections in the workplace for risk identification
  • Organize training programs and train staff
  • Inspect premises and work activities
  • Investigate incidents
  • Prepare Health and Safety reports
  • Identify hazards
  • Ensure compliance with legislation
  • Promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace
