Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- University Degree/ Diploma in related field OR 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Certificate of Health and Safety (Πιστοποιητικό Λειτουργού Ασφάλειας και Υγείας - TUV) will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek
- Computer literate
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an international and high-pressure environment
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Promote and monitor Employee Engagement
- Handle Employee complaints and grievances
- Promote positive culture in the workplace
- Advise leadership on best practices for maintaining positive employee relations
H&S
- Prepare the Written Risk Assessment
- Implement the Risk Management System
- Participate in the activities of the Safety Committee
- Conduct inspections in the workplace for risk identification
- Organize training programs and train staff
- Inspect premises and work activities
- Investigate incidents
- Prepare Health and Safety reports
- Identify hazards
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace
