Payroll Officer
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- University Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Previous experience in payroll is a must
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Experience with the CyCom Payroll System will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
- Comfortable working in an international and high-pressure environment
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process the company’s payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and end-of-year payroll reports
- Prepare T.D.7, T.D.63 and handle T.D.59 form
- Prepare SI contributions report
- Prepare payroll-costing reports
- Answer questions of management and employees regarding salaries and employee benefits
- Provide payroll information to the Finance department
- Register employees at Social Insurance Department
- Take care of the local authorities’ correspondence related to the salary administration
- Carry out any other administrative tasks within the HR Administration and Payroll Department as requested by the HR Manager
