Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Speaking Key Account Order Mangement Specialist - Level1 agent to join our  Service Desk team in Budapest and as a part of a team provide professional back and front office service function for our client’s project - in line with the contractual agreements. 

Your responsibilities will be the following:

Key account Masterdata

  • Sell-to customers creation and maintenance
  • Pricelist update on requests from Sales and product launches
  • Yearly update spare part price list
  • For launches unblocking and updating of all new part numbers in Navision (incl. update of Sales build)
  • Blocking of part numbers being terminated
  • Ad-hoc activities

 

Key account Operational support

    • BTE order entry and order management for non-EDI Key Accounts
    • Order flow tracking, AOI, KAS Navision reports, and cross-functional coordination
    • Open order reports and activities

Our desired candidate:

  • Fluent in English language
  • Loves helping customers, communicates clearly and has excellent problem solving skills
  • Has a strong customer service focus
  • Having experience in customer service that’s an advantage, but we will provide full professional training
  • Pays close attention to the details
  • Enjoys learning new things and develops – adopts changes easily and be flexible
  • Confident user of MS Office package
