About the job:

As a Customer Service Representative, it's your job to make sure all customers feel satisfied after speaking with you. You'll work with Norwegian-speaking customers of a well-known technology company, communicating with them via phone, email and chat. You will also work to achieve clear goals and guide customers to the right solutions. Customer service hours are 7 am-7 pm on weekdays and 9 am-2 pm on weekends, so your schedule will include both day, evening and weekend shifts. The job starts with paid training, where you'll learn how to use the tools needed to help customers with their questions and problems.

Daily work tasks include
- Answering customer calls.
- Providing high quality customer service
- Dealing with customer related issues.
- Striving to achieve daily customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality levels. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Who are we looking for?
For this role, we are looking for someone who is sociable, ambitious and motivated to help customers. You're interested in technology, gaming or have perhaps built your own computer. You also thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a strong team spirit among all employees!

We emphasise your personal suitability for the role. Our only requirements are that you have completed upper secondary school, that you are a native Norwegian speaker, that you can speak English and that you have a clean criminal record.
