We are currently looking for DUTCH speaking Call Center Agents (m/f/d) working from HOME.

  • Fixed salary of €2080/month gross + Language bonus of €200/month + performance bonus of up to €200/month + 30€net/month to cover your internet/electricity bills for working from home (fulltime employees receive)

These are your new tasks:

 

  • You advise our DUTCH speaking customers via phone and email
  • You increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently

 

You have exactly what we need:

 

  • Fluency in Dutch and English 
  • Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
  • PC literacy 
  • Previous customer service experience preferable 
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines 
  • You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
  • You are empathetic and socially competent 
  • A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
  • Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network Address Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
  • A separate, quiet and background noise-free room ans a comfortable and ergonomic furniture
