Currently we are looking for Italian-speaking Call Center Agents (m/f/d), initially inbound, for our client at our location in Berlin-Kreuzberg. You do not have to sell anything or call anyone, but you provide email support in the area of children's products.

    These are your tasks:
  • You'll take emails from our customers and handle their concerns about highchairs, strollers, and the rest of the clients product line, as well as any shipping and billing issues that arise
  • You access our customer database and update items as they arise
  • You'll be a brand ambassador for our client and can tell customers all about the products they've purchased, but you won't sell any products
    What you bring to the table:
  • After successful training you will be able to participate in the nesting at our modern center in Berlin, until you are confident enough with the products and the tasks to work from home.
  • You speak Italian on a native level - further language skills such as German or English are a plus.
  • You enjoy customer contact and are very service oriented
  • You are able to stay calm even in stressful moments and find the right solution for our customers.
