Description

Foundever ™   keeps up with the virtual progress, which means that we implement the complete application process via video conference! All you need to take part is a PC or laptop, a headset, and an internet connection.

We are currently looking for DUTCH speaking customer service representatives working from Berlin.

 

YOUR TASKS:

You advise our Dutch speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently. 

 

WE OFFER: 

Fulltime employees receive: 

  • Fixed salary of €2080 / month gross
  • Language bonus of €200 / month 
  • performance bonus of up to €200 / month 
  • Various options for contracts – 20 to 40 hours a week 
  • You will take part in a professional, paid training prior to starting your work

YOU OFFER: 

  • Fluency in Dutch and German
  • Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
  • PC literacy 
  • Previous customer service experience preferable 
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines 
  • You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
  • You are empathetic and socially competent
