French Speaking Technical Specialist / Technical Support Agent (m/f/d)
The job
- You take over the technical consulting of business and private customers via telephone and e-mail for our French customers
- You constantly update the requests and customer data, as well as the respective ticket status in the CRM system
- You help to solve technical problems
- You assist in the development of self-help tools by preparing troubleshooting workflows, knowledge base articles, and training materials
- You will work closely with your team members, as well as senior technicians in the escalation process and knowledge sharing
- You will be given the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge through internal in-house training and participation in onsite installations

Your profile
We are looking for a person with French and German language skills. English language skills would be additionally desirable.
Beyond that you should have the following:
- Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship or university degree, preferably with a technical background.
- You have a technical understanding, even if you are a career changer, and are very interested in robotics and the DIY sector.
- You already have some professional experience in customer or technical support
- You have the talent to show understanding and to advise customers individually
- You work solution-oriented, are a team player and have a friendly nature
- Your flexibility and high resilience distinguish you from the others
- Good MS-Office skills, as well as the aforementioned language skills in German and French round off your profile
