- 175€ / month fixed monthly extra pay for your language skill (increases to 263€ after probation period)

What you will do at SYKES:
- You will answer customer requests on the phone and E-mail
- You will help customers with questions regarding technical products from a very known brand (This is just assistance, no Sales, no Commision)
Who are you? - Are you…
- an excellent FINNISH speaker (Near Native +). As well as a fluent English speaker?
- willing to work flexible hours as the job demands? (our opening times Mo-Fri office hours)
- familiar with customer service?
- comfortable with computers?
- living in Berlin and having a valid work permit, if applicable, at time of hire?
- willing to work 5 times a week?
