Description

We are currently looking for English-speaking Call Center Agents (m/f/d), initially inbound, for our client Stokke at our location in Berlin-Kreuzberg. You won't have to sell anything or call anyone, but you provide E-mail support in the children's product segment.

These are your tasks:

  • You'll take emails from our customers and handle their concerns about highchairs, strollers, and the rest of the Stokke product line, as well as any shipping and billing issues that arise
  • You access our customer database and update items as they arise
  • You'll be a brand ambassador for Stokke and can tell customers all about the Stokke products they've purchased, but you won't sell any products

 

What you bring to the table:

  • After successful training you will be able to participate in the nesting at our modern center in Berlin, until you are confident enough with the products and the tasks to work from home.
  • You speak English on a native level - further language skills are a plus!
  • You are interested in Stokke products and have perhaps already had good experience with them yourself
  • You enjoy customer contact and are very service oriented
  • You are able to stay calm even in stressful moments and find the right solution for our customers.
