Description

 

Job Title: Communications and Employee Engagement Specialist

Reports to: HR Manager

Responsibilities:

 Create, update & maintain company intranet (MAXConnect) pages for Sitel Greece
 Based on associates’ insights, create and suggest improvement plans to increase associate satisfaction
 Attend global project meetings related to the MAXProjects
 Identify and recruit the Greece MAXPerts & MAXInsiders
 Manage, plan and deliver all SitelFit related activities (Virtual, On-site & Off-site)
 Manage, support and coordinate any company events
 Manage, support and coordinate CSR initiatives
 Create and share satisfaction surveys for all events
 Create reporting and presentations to higher management regarding events & associates’ satifaction
 Promote the annual Sitel Employee Satisfaction survey
 Handle all internal communication 

 

Qualifications:

Education (if beyond High School or equivalent): 
 College degree in education, marketing, human resources or relevant field
Languages proficiency
 Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field): 
 Proven experience at least for the past year as an Employee Engagement Specialist
 Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus
