JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages remotely the full recruitment and selection process for roles/accounts based in the Netherlands – from sourcing activities, phone screening, interviewing, administer tests to offering
  • Provides Recruitment support to accounts where she/he is specialized, including creating and managing a recruitment strategy to address specific needs
  • Ensures the reporting of progress and status of the open vacancies to key stakeholders.
  • Has initiatives around the company’s employer branding and continuously identifies the most efficient sourcing channels and job boards
  • Analysis and reporting of conversion rates based on sources and steps of the process
  • Builds partnerships with key stakeholders in operations, support departments and local/regional HR

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Psychology) would be a plus
  • Previous experience in recruitment would be a plus; ideally in a fast paced environment and recruitment volumes
  • Really strong English skills
  • A working knowledge of MS Office
  • Has a strong focus on delivering results, while considering people the most valuable asset 
  • Excellent communication skills, building relationships skills and the ability to remain composed in all situations
  • Focused on details and good planning skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be creative, and under pressure to achieve deadlines and KPI’s
  • Flexibility to adapt to a continuously changing environment
  • Team player
