We are currently looking for NORWEGIAN speaking customer service representatives working from HOME.
YOUR TASKS:
You advise our Norwegian speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently.

- Fixed salary of €2080 / month gross
- Language bonus of €300 / month
- performance bonus of up to €200 / month

YOU OFFER:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
- You are empathetic and socially competent
REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR WORKPLACE:
- A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
- An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
- Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network Address Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
- A separate, quiet and background noise-free room
- Comfortable and ergonomic furniture
