YOUR TASKS 

You advise our Arabic speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently. 

 

WE OFFER: 
 

  • Fulltime employees receive: 
  1. Fixed salary of €2080/ month gross
  2. performance bonus of up to €200 / month 
  • Various options for contracts – 20 to 40 hours a week 
  • You will take part in a professional, paid training prior to starting your work

  • Fluency in Arabic and English 
  • Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
  • PC literacy 
  • Previous customer service experience preferable 
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines 
  • You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
  • You are empathetic and socially competent
