We are looking for a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst.

Mission

The mission of the Reporting Analyst is to provide accurate insights about performance at various levels to enable proper decision-making

Challenges

Identify credible data sources (source of truth) for accurate reporting/presentation along with accurate processing

ABOUT THE JOB

The Reporting Analyst role entails collecting organization/client data to create/update reports, dashboards, databases etc. so that respective leaders get views for effective decision making.

 

Key responsibilities:

Collect information for reporting

  • Collect data from various data sources
  • Collect assumptions from planning/scheduling
  • Collect targets by program, etc.
  • Validate and analyze input data

Process data

  • Utilize standard tools/templates/methodologies to create reports.
  • Design reports which are analytical in nature, provide RCA & logical analysis.
  • Design reports which call out deviation between actual & plan/target
  • Design custom reports as per business needs.

Validate data

  • Create a mechanism for error checking (error%).

Publish data

  • Publish reports to different stakeholders
  • Publish reports on a set frequency

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Experience in similar position
  • Knowledge of databases & SQL
  • Knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA
  • Nice to have
  • Knowledge of SQL SSIS & SSAS
  • Knowledge of PowerBI

Certifications and Licenses

  • Certification in reporting tools preffered (Excel/SQL/Power BI etc.)

Languages

  • Local language (Hungarian)
  • Basic English (required)
  • Other languages (nice to have)

Tools and Applications

  • Advanced level of MS Excel (including advanced formulas), PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • VBA macros is an asset, 6 VBA/Automation is preferred
  • Experience with WFM systems, Communication systems (e.g. Avaya, PureCloud)
  • Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio is an asset
  • Preferable knowledge of MS Visual Studio SSDT
