Job Title: Procurement Specialist 

• Procurement Mission:

   

  The Procurement team defines and drives strategic sourcing that delivers value to the organization bringing a culture that focuses on total cost of ownership. ‘Building Locally and Winning Globally’ by delivering cost savings to the organization and giving the company a competitive advantage.

   

  Key Responsibilities:

   

  • Drive implementation of best practice tools and processes, including for supplier selection and negotiation process, supplier relationship management and outsourcing management, and training
  • Lead the establishment and institutionalization of best-practice processes and policies across procurement activities. Facilitate continuous improvement on spend management year over year
  • Participate in definition of requirements with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor RFI/RFQ/RFP utilizing e-sourcing tools in compliance with Procurement Policy and Processes
  • Manage and drive proper supplier onboarding and due diligence based on Sitel Global Procurement Policy
  • Create a network of vendors for the country/region
  • Follow-Up delivery of Goods & Services and support Good Receipt
  • Work with FP&A to monitor budgets of internal stakeholders
  • Maintain the catalogues based on the demand
  • Monitor supplier’s performance including pricing, service levels and quality delivery to stakeholders.
  • Manage contract repository for local contracts
  • Manage import, Shipping, and clearance.
  • Maintain and update company ERP entries related to procurement activities
  • Uphold internal and external policies, regulations, and laws
  • Build, maintain and grow effective relationships across key leaders and stakeholders in the company
  • Build an environment of inclusion for all interested parties in procurement excellence – legal, IT security, governance and risk management, finance, and any other specialized group
