  • Where are we?
  • SYKES Egypt is located in the heart of Maadi, in Maadi Technology Park, Cairo. A new hub is now about to be launched in the center of Delta (Tanta), at Delta Business Park.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Spanish
  • Document customer interactions effectively
  • Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to the customer and answering questions)
  • Ability to type fast on a keyboard
