For our site in Berlin we are currently looking for ENGLISH AND GERMAN speaking customer support representatives (m/w/d) who offer inbound customer service.

What you will do at SYKES:

  • You will answer customer requests on the phone in English and German and offer support via E-mail
  • You will help customers with technical questions regarding their products
