We are expanding into Turkey - and you can be an integral part of it from the start!

We are looking for you as Site Director (m/f/d)! As Site Director you are responsible for the development and management of our branch in Istanbul. You will report to our management and assume management responsibility for around 300 employees. In addition, you are responsible for compliance with legal regulations and have budget and sales responsibility in mind.

 

These are your tasks

  • You are involved in setting up the location right from the start
  • Responsible for key KPIs such as budget and profits, but also quality, commercial performance, productivity, and staffing
  • You know what constitutes good service. With this knowledge, you give your employees reliable guidelines and turn them into experts
  • You regularly exchange ideas with the managers of the individual departments in order to be able to make well-informed decisions on site development
  • Through your excellent leadership style, you bind your employees: inside and ensure a motivating working atmosphere
  • You don't stand still, but constantly develop new innovations, concepts, and strategies. You don't limit yourself to internal processes, you also keep an eye on the development potential of day-to-day business
  • Represent the location both in the management of employees and in external appointments
  • Become part of the Customer Care Leadership team nationally and internationally

 

This is how you convince us

  • You have completed a university degree in economics or a comparable subject
  • Alternatively, you have completed commercial training and have extensive professional experience
  • You have several years of experience as a manager in the field of customer care or customer service
  • As a future site director, you should have conceptual foresight without neglecting the needs of the employees
  • This not only requires strength in analytical and strategic thinking, but also empathy, social skills, and communication skills
  • You are able to communicate goals clearly and at the same time work on optimizing processes
  • You use common instruments of quality, process, and project management to continuously establish innovative concepts with the necessary "hands-on mentality".
  • Due to your self-confident, assertive appearance and your high level of consulting skills, you are able to quickly resolve internal team conflicts
  • Nevertheless, your actions are consistently cost-oriented and of a business nature
  • Your English and Turkish are very good
