Work tasks
As a Customer Care Specialist your job is to consistently deliver an outstanding, personal and
customer experience addressing the needs of current and future customers across the shopping
and ownership journey. As a Polestar brand ambassador your customer-facing role is crucial in
supporting our mission to improve the society we live in and bring our brand promise to life.
Excite, engage and educate prospective buyers and current owners through inbound and
outbound activities, across an array of channels.
Passionately educate customers about the Polestar brand and our products, and efficiently and
reliably guide customers through a hassle-free service experience, by providing helpful and
timely answers and seamlessly connecting the dots.
Always put the customer first. Figure things out. Learn and share back so that we can constantly
improve the Polestar customer experience and ensure our customers feel cared for and get the
help needed.
Polestar is the independent electric performance car brand founded by Volvo Cars and Geely Holding. Operating as a start-up and you will be a part of a small team but with the benefits of being a part of a big organisation.
Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays. We are available for our
customers both evenings and weekends!
About you
At Sitel, we believe that your personality is more important than your past qualifications and therefore do not require previous professional experience. But to fit in here, we believe that you are positive and helpful, have a good communicative ability and have an interest in cars. You are also efficient, take responsibility for your work tasks and adapt easily to new situations. You also have the ability to learn, understand and clearly convey brand, business and technical concepts in a simple way.
Requirement
- Fluent in Finnish, Danish or German in both spoken and written.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Driving license - B
- Clean criminal record
- Basic computer skills
Qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or other service profession is meriting.
- Experience in sales
- Interested in cars & technology

Employment: Permanent employment with initial probationary period of 6 months
