About the Job:
A Finance Manager is the business partner of the Site Director, being both supporting and alert.
Handles financial information, risk assessment & management and has a perfect
understanding of the business to provide financial advice in the decision making process
within the organization.
The Finance Manager requires both strong technical skills and soft skills in order to be
legitimate and impactful
Key Resposibilities:
Ensure that financial information, analysis and reports are accurate
Support the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics
Ensure compliance with local/international accounting principles or regulations
Manage the external auditor relationships
Monitor and control the budget process
Monitor cash management
Manage and optimize tax
Maintain key banking relationships
Maintain a strong internal control environment

Job Requirements:
Valuable experience in Finance in various departments
Worked in a global organization with multiple countries
Experience leading and developing Finance teams, including remote teams
Experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
Education:
Master Degree in Finance (Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting)
CPA or equivalent (nice to have)
English (required)
