About the job
As a MAX Hub Lead, you will be part of the MAX team, working closely with the Employee Experience Director and other MAX Program Managers who are committed to improving the Sitel employee experience in the areas of Tools & Technology, Health & Wellness, Performance & Rewards, and Workplace & Flexibility.

tasks
- Define MAX Hub guidelines and use Sitel® MAX UX framework for workplace design and implementation
- Supporting the establishment of new MAX Hubs as a consultant
- Defining the methodology and documentation (project plan, documents, financial model, etc.) to support local teams and engage our staff in the implementation of a MAX Hub
- Developing the content strategy for facilities on MAXConnect (news, webinars, training, knowledge base, community).
- Create content and promote collaboration around MAX Hub and the workspace, including work@home
- Collaborate with IT and procurement on the furniture catalog and with Marketing/Studio to improve our brand image
- Prototyping and testing concepts: a scent for Sitel, designing our desks and chairs, etc.
- Participating in events (client meetings, webinars, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design combined with a degree in architecture/design
- Technical knowledge in the areas of energy and sustainability
- A passion for workplace design and innovation
- Experience in project management and working with diverse functions and cultures
- Target group know-how
- Positive attitude towards change
- Flexible and solution oriented
- High motivation to help shape the Sitel culture
