For our site in Berlin we are currently looking for DUTCH (NETHERLANDS ,BELGIUM, ETC.) speaking customer support representatives (m/f/d) who offer inbound customer service.

What you will do at SYKES:
- You will answer customer queries over the phone and over E-mail
- You will help customers with specific questions about products on a website. This is not a sales job. In-bound Customer Service.

- an excellent DUTCH (NL/BE) speaker with very good English conversational skills?
- willing to work office hours as the job demands? office hours usually.
- familiar with customer service?
- comfortable using basic computer skills?
- living in Berlin and having a valid work permit at time of hire (If Applicable)?
- willing to work 5 times a week?
