We are looking for Dutch speaking inbound customer advisors (m / f / d) for our customer Zalando. This is a home office position.

What you will do at SYKES:
- You take incoming calls and answer e-mails
- You answer questions about Zalando's products and services
- You help with parcel returns and invoices
- You access our customer database and update all points with every phone call
- Your working hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00 - 22:00
Your strengths:
- You speak Dutch and English
- You can communicate well in writing
- You do not have any difficulties using a PC
- You enjoy helping people
- You have the talent to show understanding
- You enjoy being part of a team and understand the responsibility that comes with it
Requirements to work from home:
- A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
- An Internet speed of at least 16 Mbit / s downstream and 1 Mbit / s upstream.
- Your computer must be connected directly to the Internet via a router. This must support NAT (Network Address Translation), have a firewall component and be connected in the home network exclusively with IPv4.
- A lockable, separate room in which you can work undisturbed
