Technical customer support (m/f/v) for telephone & written customer service

In order to expand its global market leadership in the long term, the company always needs highly qualified and motivated employees in all of its divisions.

Your tasks:

  • Identify, analyze and solve software and hardware problems
  • work with music services and all operating systems (Mac, Android, Windows and iOS).
  • Guarantee excellent technical support for Harman customers via phone, email, chats and dealer portals.
  • Provide customer satisfaction
  • consulting on pre-sales inquiries and recommendation of new products (up and cross-selling)
  • working as part of a team

 

Your qualification:

  • knowledge about networks -EDP and Internet skills
  • Good German skills (written and spoken)
