We are looking for a native level Dutch speaker for a technical specialist position at SYKES Finland Oy.
The job is about supporting and giving customer service on software program via phone and e-mail and we are supporting business clients in this team. At the moment, the job is to be the contact point between the client and technician.
In this job role we don't require technical education nor technical experience, but it is clearly an advantage. Good command in basic IT skills is needed and we naturally provide training for the job. You love to learn new things and work well in a fast-paced environment. Most important to us is positive and customer service mindset, willingness to learn and ability to work in teams. We hope that you are reliable, hardworking and social by nature. We require native level language skills in Dutch and good skills in English.

The monthly salary is according to the collective agreement and working days are Mon-Fri (office hours). In this team you would have colleagues from Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
