What you will be doing: 

  • Interact and provide service to customers via inbound phone calls and emails in Italian language 
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, demonstrate empathy and the ability to de-escalate  
  • Leverage your strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems to research information quickly  
  • Follow processes and procedures, log issues and solutions provided clearly and accurately 
  • Meet and exceed success metrics, including average handle time, quality assurance, customer service and schedule adherence 
  • Exhibit professionalism, self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced and highly demanding customer focused environment  

 What we offer: 

  • CCNL Commercio, work from home only (Telelavoro)
  • Full time 40 hours/week with flexible working hours
  • Working schedule across Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 20:00 on a fix or rotational basis

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Good written and reading English skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service and computer skills
  • Professional and/or personal technical troubleshooting experience 
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace it’s required, with good internet connection
  • The responsibility to work independently from Home
