Description

This position assumes the accountability for accurate and timely publishing of high-impacting for various lines of business across sites and geographies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field with 5+ years’ experience in HR Systems or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Microsoft Excel Advanced experience
  • Ability to decipher formulas embedded in excel worksheets and identify flaws that would lead to potential errors in reporting
  • Experience with SQL & PowerBI
  • Experience in working with people on different levels
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years’ experience with HR Analytics and KPI’s
  • 5 years’ experience with Microsoft PowerBI dashboards

LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, corporate procedures/regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Validates and ensures 100% accuracy and timeliness of scheduled reports that are published
  • Responsible for ensuring reporting is updated when affected by configuration/system changes
  • Closely coordinates with various sites, cross functional groups and client for data accuracy and timely publishing of reports
  • Data Analysis and presentation to internal clients
  • Proactive identification of trend variations within business units. Analyze and provide recommendations on specific KPI’s when applicable.
  • Work closely with IT teams to secure the collaboration and support needed to gather data from multiple sources and integrate, standardize, and govern
  • Write, maintain, and support HR and workforce reporting needs, dashboards and analytics, utilizing advanced Excel skills, SQL, and our various HR systems
  • Design and build Dashboards and other tools to give management / leadership self-service access to critical data
  • Assist with the execution of system changes - including updates, integrations and new configurations; system testing
  • Partner with HR teams to craft user guides and assist with new process / system training
  • Help troubleshoot issues for end-users
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
