This position assumes the accountability for accurate and timely publishing of high-impacting for various lines of business across sites and geographies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field with 5+ years’ experience in HR Systems or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Microsoft Excel Advanced experience
- Ability to decipher formulas embedded in excel worksheets and identify flaws that would lead to potential errors in reporting
- Experience with SQL & PowerBI
- Experience in working with people on different levels
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years’ experience with HR Analytics and KPI’s
- 5 years’ experience with Microsoft PowerBI dashboards
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, corporate procedures/regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
